Presidential TL Roof In Redwood City
"This project involved replacing a wood shake roof with an asphalt composition roof in Redwood City. To do this, we installed OSB sheets over the existing 1x4 skip sheathing, and then installed Certainteed Presidential TL shingles."

Engineered Block Retaining Wall
We installed this retaining wall to replace the existing, rotted wood retaining wall. The new retaining wall provides soil stabilization for the large oak tree located behind it
Extra support was added to the retaining wall to ensure its stability and durability.
Using a base rock foundation creates a stable base for the construction project while also allowing water to percolate back into the soil.

With plenty of drain rock, this wall will keep the soil around the large Oak tree stable for years to come.
Concrete Walkway & Step
A new main walkway was added to the front yard where no hardscapes previously existed. In addition, a curving concrete pad was poured along the front of the house featuring an arched step, providing ample walking space in the area.
